"The only problem with this booking was that the company only informed the driver that a 6 seater vehicle was required and refrained from informing him that we also had 6 hand lugguages. This led for only 2 hand lugguages to fit into the booth of the car whilst the rest we had to hold them ourselves during the entire journey. We understood that the driver was not to blame as he was not informed about our lugguages, but rather the company should take the blame and properly inform the drivers so as to incur complications. "

"Drivers were great on both ends, the only problem was that the website doesnt let you put in outbound AND return flight numbers, so when my flight was delayed i found it difficult to get in touch to update the flight details and pickup time. I struggled to phone through and eventually updated the booking through email but the phone was no good. Otherwise an excellent experience from booking to journey both ways."

"My driver didn't meet me as promised, he said he wasn't told to and that the number he had been given for me was wrong. Your phone number went straight to answer phone. It was an hour before I managed to contact someone and get in the taxi. Then he took a phone call while driving along the motorway which involved scrolling through his calendar app as he drove. An unacceptable service which should be refunded in full."

"Driver too early, had to park in car park, costing me extra fiver. Didn't even have my name just my mobile, then i had to find him in the airport. Had me down as cash customer for fare I had already paid online. Eventually sorted on drive home after much telephone calling. Car was poor, had decent limo coming out and scruffy Streamline cab coming back with scruffy driver. Won't use service again. Don't think you will be sharing this review on your website."
